The Flex Driver position at PD&S is perfect for those who thrive on variety and adaptability. As a Flex Driver, you will be utilized based on customer needs, typically handling local driving positions with the occasional overnight trip. When overnights are required, we provide either a hotel stay or a sleeper truck to ensure your comfort and rest.

This position requires versatility, as you will be driving a range of different vehicles, including sleepers, day cabs, straight trucks, and even flatbeds. This variety keeps the job dynamic and engaging, allowing you to develop a broad set of driving skills and experience different types of routes and cargo.

We offer a flexible pay system for our Flex Drivers, with hourly pay for local runs and a mileage-based pay system for longer overnight trips. This structure ensures that you are fairly compensated for the work you do, regardless of the type of route. The flexibility in pay reflects the flexibility in the job, providing you with a balanced and rewarding work experience.
