At PD&S, we understand the importance of work-life balance. That's why our regional drivers enjoy the benefit of being home most weekends, as they are typically only on the road for a few days at a time. Our routes cover a 600-mile radius from the home terminal, primarily throughout the Midwest, ensuring that our drivers can stay close to home while still enjoying the open road.

Our regional drivers operate late-model equipment, with the oldest trucks being just five years old and soon to be replaced with brand-new models. We offer a diverse fleet, including Freightliners, International LTs, Volvos, and Macks, all equipped with large sleepers, APUs, and refrigerators to ensure comfort and convenience on the road. Our ELD systems, GPS, and communications are powered by Omnitracs and Samsara, providing our drivers with the latest technology to make their jobs easier and more efficient.

We offer competitive pay based on experience, ensuring that our drivers are rewarded for their hard work and dedication. In addition to base pay, we provide additional pay bonuses for tasks such as tarping and stop-offs. Performance & Safety bonuses are also available to recognize and reward our drivers for their exceptional performance and commitment to excellence.

Eligible regional drivers can receive a $2,000 sign-on bonus, providing an added incentive to join our team. We value our drivers and strive to create a supportive and rewarding work environment where they can thrive.
